Application pending for 18 day's

Hi everyone,

I submitted my application multiple times—each time uploading my university ID card photo. The system then asked why I live far from campus, so I explained in the “Other” field that we’re on a hybrid-learning schedule. It prompted me for a supporting document, which I didn’t upload, and each attempt was immediately rejected.

Finally, I went to campus, enabled location services there, and tried again. This time it accepted only the ID-card photo and showed my status as “Pending Review.” It’s been 18 days with no change. Please address this.

Usually, GitHub reviews applications for the Education Pack within about 2 weeks.

However, sometimes it can take longer, for example if there's a problem with the first documents you submitted, or simply during busy application periods.

Since it’s been more than 2 weeks, you should reach the GitHub Education support, and get an update on your application request :

Make sure your information and documents clearly shows:

• Your full name
• Your institution’s name
• A current date (or semester/year)
