Unable to Redeem Copilot Pro With Verified GitHub Education Faculty Status

Background

• Status: Verified faculty member in GitHub Education (Global Campus)

Issue

Despite my verified faculty status, only Copilot Free is available. When I open Settings → Copilot, I am prompted to pay USD $10 / month—no Copilot Pro coupon or “Included with Education” message appears. The attached screenshots (included again with this ticket) show the discrepancy.

Troubleshooting Already Attempted

• Signed out / in, cleared cache, tried incognito and different browsers.
• Disabled all browser extensions.
• Followed the “Redeem Copilot” link on the Education benefits page.
• Checked for any outstanding invoices or billing blocks (none found).

2. Verify whether the Copilot Pro coupon is correctly linked to my account.
3. Re-issue or manually apply the coupon if it is missing or corrupted.
4. Provide any additional steps I should follow to restore access.

Copilot Pro is embedded in my teaching and research workflow, so I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this as soon as possible.

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

Once approved, you can claim your Copilot PRO offer on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.

thank you for checking my question indeed i already has more than month and also the signup link give me the first picture tells me that i should pay 10 dollars and also the github support teams give me the same answer that the same links. i dont what the cause of the problem.
