University email not provided

Hi there!

I'm student UOS but our university doesn't provide any email address to students on their domain however I uploaded my student ID. The application was rejected by the reason below:

Attendees of this school must verify and use their academic email address. When you have verified your school's academic email address on your account, ensure that you select the school when prompted on the application page.

How I can solve this issue. May anybody help me?

While a .edu email is the most convenient option, you can also use your student ID to apply, just make sure it's valid and includes all the required information. Also, ensure that the details on your ID match the information on your GitHub profile to avoid any issues or violations of GitHub's ToS.

It only required my first name, last name, institution name and address and a picture of I'd card which I provided but it still rejected

Were the images you provided low quality or blurry? Is your school or university related to computer science or software engineering, and was that clearly shown in the images as well?

The image was clear, having a date of expiry. University offers 160+ courses including CS, SE, IT and AI.

But the rejection reason is that use an academic email which I haven't.
