Please sign out and back into your GitHub account, ensure your name and address is filled out in the payment information section and apply again here. When you reapply, do not use a VPN and share location with the application. If you continue to have issues, provide a screen recording of your attempts so that we may troubleshoot further. Hi everyone,
I am stuck in the process of applying for an education benefit when trying to verify my account. I have given my school email and have tried to give them my student id as proof of verification but there is always an error message stating: There was an error creating the discount request.
I have already added my school email to the list of emails used and I have tried the various suggestions as seen on other threads like clearing my browser's cache and on a different browser( I am currently using Opera GX), but no luck with doing so.
Please give me advice on what I should do in this situation.
