tty: document WriteStream.cursorTo() and others

Adds documentation for the following `WriteStream` instance methods:

- `WriteStream.clearLine()`
- `WriteStream.clearScreenDown()`
- `WriteStream.cursorTo()`
- `WriteStream.getWindowSize()`
- `WriteStream.moveCursor()`
