Replicate some of the common Zigbee device examples from the Zigbee library in arduino-esp32 (Arduino core for the ESP32)?

The Zigbee library in arduino-esp32 (Arduino core for the ESP32) contains a lot of relativly simple examples of common Zigbee devices as a reference for standard implementations so maybe a good idea to replicate and include similar examples demonstrating how to achieve the same result with ESPHome YAML code for this Zigbee component?
