pipx run issue on Windows

I try to run jbang on Windows using pipx. Errors with FileNotFoundError: [WinError 2] The system cannot find the file specified. What can I do?

Just open issues when dealing with problems, even if you're not sure if it's a problem with JBang or with something else :-)
