Usage IsaacLabExtension with Ray Tuner

Hello,

I was wondering if there are any specific guidelines on how to use the Ray Tuner (isaac-sim/IsaacLab#1301) inside IsaacLabExtension. Any possible information is welcome!

For future reference, this is fairly simple. The tuner.py here https://github.com/isaac-sim/IsaacLab/blob/e956ddb7ef1a6df4c777c52500164e563f8d06d0/source/standalone/workflows/ray/tuner.py#L57 use some fixed way of calling the train.py. In this template, the easiest way is to copy the tuner.py inside this template as well, in order to call correctly wherever train script you have
