Integration of js-ipfs-repo-migrations brings automatic repo migrations to ipfs-repo (both in-browser and fs). It is possible to control the automatic migration using either config's setting 'repoDisableAutoMigration' or IPFSRepo's option 'disableAutoMigration'.
