This is super exciting, Haney! I have used CodeSession for dozens of interviews so far and it's been an amazing experience for me as an interviewer and for the candidates. It takes so much friction out of the interview process, I simply send candidates a link, they load it up in their browser, and we can get going without having to worry about quirky IDE setups, linters, compilers, autocompletion, or any of that. Instead, we can talk about ideas, keep it deliberately rough, and avoid aiming for perfection in an interview context. I wish you all the best growing this thing. You've got a great product right there and I'd love to see you succeed! |

Hey Haney. I enjoyed the blog post. I love the fact you are sharing your personal joys and failures in the process. I think you are giving some good advice. I see echos of my own journey and learnings. Good luck with codesession.io. |

It’s amazing how quickly 4 years can go by. But I’m back to blogging, and promise to follow this post with more regular entries going forward. In fact, I already have a technical topic scheduled for later this week, and plan to return to Engineering Management topics in the coming weeks as well.
So what have I been doing since my last blog post over 4 years ago? LOTS. Let’s talk about it.
