website: tooltip "Recommended" is cut off in Plugins section

On the Golangci-lint Documentation - Plugins page, when hovering over "Module Plugin System", the tooltip displaying "Recommended" overlaps with the button and appears visually misaligned. This makes it harder to read and looks inconsistent compared to standard tooltip positioning

Yes, it can overlap on a small screen size, but I don't think this a problem: the content is still readable.

A screen width of 1500px isn't a small screen, so the tooltip shouldn't overlap. This affects user experience on common desktop setups.

This happens only on specific sizes: resize your browser, and you will see that there are several transformations.

In all cases, this is not related to the golangci-lint doc; this is more of a problem with the theme.

I tried to fix that inside the theme, but it was too complex for me, dynamic sizes and positions in HTML/CSS are a hell.
But I found another solution, I will open a PR on this topic on golangci-lint (because it's more of a hack than a feature for the theme).
Your OCD will be satisfied.
