Add linter for missing categories #1485
Description
Just had a tool with
categories:
which evaluates to None. When pushing the repo I just got cryptic messages.
git diff --quiet
Could not update dfpl_predict
Failed to find repository for owner/name ufz/dfpl_predict
'NoneType' object is not iterable
Repository [dfpl_predict] does not exist in the targeted Tool Shed.
Failed to update repository 'dfpl_predict' as it does not exist on the main Tool Shed.
We should have a linter for this and also better error reporting.
