How do I set the real IP address in Traefik?

I've tried different methods and have been unsuccessful. The client always displays the IP as 127.0.0.1 when connecting to my game server (Scum Game).

The game ports I'm using are

7782 TCP, 7780 UDP, 27016 UDP, and 2227 TCP.
