This PR so far adds

  • Parity

    • Shift operations
    • net gas metering
    • extcodehash
    • Skinny create2

  • Aleth

@chfast, could you help out with the aleth configs?
@folsen, could you help out with what to use for skinny create 2 ?

For Constantinople in Aleth you just set constantinopleForkBlock (https://github.com/karalabe/hive/blob/master/clients/aleth:nightly/config.json#L10). CC @gumb0.
