Push flyouts cannot be closed using keyboard ESC

Hi,

when using the new EuiFlyout component this way. The fylout does not react to pressing the ESC key. I would like it to react to the ESC key, so I can close the flyout.

I'm going to change this to a discussion for now, as we're still unsure about whether this makes sense for our push flyouts or not.

This is also a larger ongoing conversation we need to have with @1Copenut about the intention of our push flyouts. Right now no accessibility is baked into them, and we explicitly warn for this in the docs.

FWIW, in the meantime, support for the closing using the ESC key is possible by writing your own event listener.
