treeify converts the output of a command that lists files into a tree representation similar to the output of the command tree.
If you use Arch Linux, a package is available in the AUR.
You can install the latest published version using cargo with the following command:
cargo install treeifyYou can also install the latest version from the git repository:
cargo install --git https://github.com/dzamlo/treeify.gitA bash completion file is also generated but not installed with cargo install. To use it you need to either use the AUR package, or manually build the application yourself.
Simply pipe the output of a command to treeify. For example:
find ~ -name '*.rs' | treeifyTo prevent issue with filename containing new line characters, you can use the -0 or --null option:
find ~ -name '*.rs' -print0 | treeify --nullLicensed under either of
