[Feature Request] - Parquet bulk import

Similar to importcsv but for parquet using bulk copy.

currently loading large parquet files via pandas is horribly slow

use ADF to load anything massive. in order to be able to read data, dbatools should ship a parquet c# library that would make it dependant on the library itself, and I'm not seeing it happening any time soon.
