How far is the codebase to be able to run a ARM image on android?

I've seen some other desktop software be able to run on android tablets, with special remaks to Krita and Godot great ports, Blender's experiemental port by an user. Considering darktable's nature, and open source code, is it able to run in ARM linux devices? If so, how far would we be from being able to port it to android?

AFAIK it runs on macOS on ARM.
