protocol: add {set,get}_current_image

Some EFI functions (namely, AllocatePool) need different arguments
depending on the currently loaded image. Exposing this API detail to
Rust consumers is unnecessary, so keep a LoadedImageProtocol struct
around representing the currently loaded image.
