Had assumed this was necessary because the commands interacting with the AccountRetriever was set up in CosmosSDK but overriding the ModuleCdc variable works for the indirect references to it as well. Double checked and the other overriden functions in tx utils are still necessary because the functions cannot be overriden or changed to reference the Ethermint keybase
