Interface not displaying correctly when connecting over LAN

Installed Chamilio on Ubuntu server on local network and when accessing it at the local server it displays and operates perfectly - however, when I browse to the server IP address from another PC on the same LAN it takes a long time to load and then the page displays incorrectly. I can see the text of the main login page but it looks incomplete as if the styling is missing. Any ideas why this could be?
