Read through other PR's and realized verifying my tool can be used by cardano users on the mainnet today might be difficult because of capital constraints.

@hedonismEnterprises I understand from your #1651 (comment) & the video that this system is still based on one of the Cardano testnets rather than Mainnet and/or that the project is still under development of an MVP.

The live site suggests your tool is capable of submitting a Mainnet governance action... though I wouldn't think that alone would justify a Dev Portal listing at this time: given the heavy ₳100K deposit and the presence of governance tools better authenticated by the community.

I appreciate the opportunity to learn about your project since it resembles, and I think offers more potential to address the goals of, this apparently abandoned project:

It would be interesting to see if your articulated, apparently well-researched formulae & methods in https://www.worldeater.io/governance/flaws/plutocracy could become the basis for a CIP: I would recommend this if your system of faction-based voting could be used by other projects besides your own (which I believe would be consistent with the goals expressed in your paper about the greater good for Cardano).

Note the link to this page isn't apparent from your web site. I tried to find this crucial documentation again & couldn't... perhaps you could make it more clear from the web site landing page how to get to it, and perhaps therefore call it something like "Documentation" or "How it works" (vs. the thin outline on the landing page proceeding from that heading) instead of "Plutocracy"... so it can be found & indexed more easily.

Please feel free to leave this open if you can support a claim that the key features are ready for Mainnet usage: or you can close it and reopen when it's progressed to that point. BTW a discussion on the Cardano Forum would likely generate more interest in your project while still under development.
