Conditional formatting improvements

Description

Based on the discussion link #22790, these are some of the improvements that can be made for conditional formatting in Superset table:

1. Add support for applying conditional formatting to boolean columns
2. Add a flag to switch from a color gradient to the color itself without using a gradient
3. Enable selection of a color scheme from the color palette (considering that the table also includes a time comparison)

Hi @rusackas, I am Edison, a 4th year student at UTSC CS. I am working with my teammates @Morilili, @mohammadqassim12, and @jasonl-18, who are also 4th year students at UTSC CS. We would like to take the initiative to work on improving conditional formatting in the Superset table based on the idea suggested in discussions #22790 and are willing to open a PR for this.

The implementation of this has already begun in #34330 and continues on #34762

These are fine ideas, and we welcome the improvements here! I'll move this to an "Ideas" Discussion since it's not a bug, per se, but we appreciate any further discussion/collaboration on the idea, and will be happy to review any PRs here. @SBIN2010 and @rusackas Thanks for all the comments! Since this issue is taken already, our teammates and I are planning to look for alternatives now, will follow up later! Also, this ideas actually already existed in #22790, should I closed this ideas instead?

This topic is not occupied, I just started developing it, but you can also develop it, any ideas, discussions about implementation are welcome.

@SBIN2010 Awesome, what will be the remaining tasks we can work on regarding this topic? Since it will be a university course's group project for our team, we will need to define a complete issue or task to work on!

@SBIN2010 Thanks for the reply, appreciate it! These sounds like some good tasks that we can work on, if these sounds good to Evan @rusackas as well, we can start work on them! We just need to redefine the scope and tasks for this discussions idea before starting!
