When I review the PR, I found it introduced a cool benchmark for arithmetic_overflow_checking.

I'm thinking we already have many kinds of benchmarks for different module code in the codebase, it would be great to have a page on our website to describe each benchmark, then contributors may leverage them to move PR forward, or easily find a new place to add new benchmark code.

For the specific place, it could be like testing, we can have a [benchmarking] page.
