Where can I see What version of openssl(libcrypto) does yara(4.3.0) depend on?

My Env is：
centos 7.6 ；openssl 1.0.2k

build error:
./.lib/libyara.so: undefined reference to `X509_get0_notAfter'

[plusvic]

It should work with openssl 1.1.0 or above.
