Unable to synch in Antennapod

I hope you're doing well.
I'm getting the error 409 by trying to sync my antennapod app. :(
I've deployed the PodFetch with this compose file:

I have created a public hostname with cloudflare zero trust tunnel, now i have access to web-gui with https://pod.mydomain.com and as I have tried to sync in Antennapod i got this error 409. I've tried https://pod.mydomain.com/ and (pod.mydomain.com without https://) in both cases I got this error.

Can anyone help me with that?

i had to create another user in web-gui because i was not able to create an API-Key for the user that I've given in my docker-compose. Now it works. :)

I have managed to log in. But I still can't synchronise. : (
When I use gpodder for Windows, for example.
I can log in but the list of podcasts subscriptions is empty and it cannot be synchronised

Try to add the same podcasts also in the GPodder client. When the podcasts match they link and you get a synchronized listening experience.

it says that it's synced successfully but I don't see my podcast on podfetch as recently played in order to continue listening 🙈

You can now add the podcast again in PodFetch. The default is that the podcast isn't automatically created in PodFetch because otherwise anybody with an AntennaPod could add podcasts in the webview.

I don't get it. Isn't two-way synchronization the goal of PodFetch? I removed AntennaPod and reinstalled it. I also deployed the latest Docker image of PodFetch (I followed the steps for creating an account and API key so I can log in to AntennaPod). I imported my OPML into PodFetch. Then I tried to sync AntennaPod with PodFetch, but the subscriptions didn't get synced. I imported the same OPML into AntennaPod, then tried to stream a podcast, paused it, and opened PodFetch to continue the podcast where I left off, but it didn't work.
Should I download an OPML with local URLs from PodFetch and import it into AntennaPod?
