… have a value. So must SpaceIdOrName for the executions API. Consumer doesn't need to know about it, so it's being hidden under the covers

Remove the old implementation for creating releases and deployments, which was a copy of the C# CLI implementation.
This PR switches across to use the new APIs, which are more efficient.
