windows run error

Hello, good morning
I have created an application using components Alcinoe It works fine on Android, but on Windows it gives the following error and the application does not run.
runtime error 217 at 00C99C54

Also, when I use the component aledit or almemo the application closes on Android.

Hi, can you look the log error on android when the app close at startup ? maybe you forget to add some dependancies ?
