Push to application missing

The button described at #3868 does not exist any more. I cannot push to any application. Especially "LyX" is missing.

There is no fly over help at the following button - and I cannot click it. Is this related?

@tobiasdiez Could you provide a screenshot how it looks on your side?

You choose the Push-App in the settings and then the icon-button changes to the corresponding push app (e.g. textsudio/lyx/vim)

Works fine.
