About the feature removed with the last update

Hello, I am writing to report a problem with the latest update (4.3.0). I use the application in Turkish language. When I watched a foreign language video, I could set the subtitle as "Turkish (self -created)". I couldn't find this feature after the last update. Can you activate this feature again?
