Refactor SyntheticKeyboardEvent tests to only use the public API (facebook#11631)

* KeyboardEvent interface-keypress * Pass first 6 tests * Roll getEventCharCode-test into SyntheticKeyboardEvent-test * Run SyntheticKeyboardEvent-test on bundles * Remove unused code
