DynamicTrees for 1.21.1 is still in alpha. Those addons are planned, but we have other things to do rn, so please wait a bit.
Porting addons from 1.20.1 to 1.21.1 NeoForge is not that simple. NeoForge has changed comparing to Forge, and Max made some changes in DynamicTrees for NeoForge that make things take longer to update.
