1. Flash v0.9.2-rc1 BIOS and EC
2. Boot to Windows 11 (fully up to date)
3. Open Windows Security --> Virus and threat protection.
4. Start a scan.
5. Move the window around.

Expected behavior

Smooth graphics when moving windows.

Additional context

The issue isn't only when scanning with the Virus and threat protection tool, but it's the easiest way to reliably reproduce the issue.

It would be nice if we can have rc2 firmware binaries with this issue fixed.

Removing the graphics driver and reinstalling them didn't help.

@mkopec Thank you. It works way better, but I still feel that it's not as smooth as it used to be with v0.9.0. It feels a bit like the refresh rate would be 60 Hz, even if 165 Hz is set (testing on F-HD+ screen with Ultra 5 in this case). Is it possible to further improve the display smoothness?

We will look into this further, to compare the visuals on our side, but also to see if we can come up with some concrete (possibly GPU/responsiveness) benchmarks, giving us some numeric value to compare and pinpoint the issue as we have done before.
