(FYI) contexts: filenames ripgrep version

Posting here for visibility:

The filenames context (e.g. #filenames) doesn't play nice with older ripgrep versions. I had rg --version 13.0.0 and the -d flag was causing the ripgrep command to fail in utils.scan_dir. Upgrading to the latest ripgrep version (14.1.1 at the time of writing) resolves the issue
