Any idea on how to know if an item is timeworn?
I was thinking about https://warcraft.wiki.gg/wiki/ItemLink but I can't test it without an item in my bags

You should be able to use the following code to grab the itemLink of any item:

local item = Item:CreateFromItemID(<itemId>)
item:ContinueOnItemLoad(function()
    local itemLink = item:GetItemLink()
end)
