Previewing an HTML page/file as in readme_720p.mp4

Hi! First off, I love this plugin. It's the sole reason I'm starting to switch to a MacOS-workstation. I have a question about the demo.md file in the readme_720p.mp4 demo video.

At the end of the video, you can see that image.nvim renders what I think is either a HTML file in the demo.md file, or an actual website. How does this feature work? What is the actual linked text in the demo.md file? Thanks in advance 😄
